A weekend with " H & M " using Heidi Swapp.

Helllloooooooo

So in my hiatus of scrapbooking with actual product and photos, I did manage to "shop" a few collections , like this stunning Emerson Lane collection pack direct from the Heidi Swapp shop.

Now it isn't my usual colour scheme of bright colours.. in fact it is the total opposite and I LOVE it. So let me show you the first pretty layout I managed to scrap.

This is such an old photo of my two babes ( 7 years to be exact ) so I am pretty chuffed it has finally made it onto a layout. I found my old Maggie Holmes flower die cuts so decided to create the flowers using the 6 x 6 paper pad.

I love the dimension that they give and I just find it so therapeutic to sit and make them while I idly watch Netflix.

I have to admit I haven't created anything else just yet with this collection, but it is on my to-so list to create some more with it.

Thanks so much for stopping by..

Til next time
Much love

A weekend with " Fantastic Adventure"

Helloooooo

Welcome back to my little part of the blogging world!!
Today I have a layout to share with you just because!!! I created this at a recent scrapbooking retreat that I attended, and to be honest I didn't think I would be making a 12 x 12 layout. But when I had the gorgeous Gwen Wruck sitting at my table from CUT TO YOU, and she a sneaky supply of pre cut files from her store. Since I tend to fight with my silhouette rather than cut from it , I took the chance to grab some pre cut files- including this ADORABLE soft serve file which you can see HERE

Lately I have been visiting my local Reject shop and picking up some super cute scrapbooking supplies , like this lot that  used to create this layout. If you ave a reject shop near you it is worth a visit , as sometimes they have the cutest paper pads and embellishment packs.

I love how this layout turned out , with all its bright colours and super cute embellishments like the rainbow an roller skates..

Thanks so much for stopping by

Till next time

A weekend with " We Are " layout for Flutterby Designs".

Hi Everyone!

Well I have my very first layout share for the Flutterby Designs design team and this one is a bright one. Sunnies might be needed .

I LOVE the " We Are" collection with all its bright colours and amazing patterns!! I am so excited to be playing with all the cool elements so let me show you what I have created this time around.

I had a really hard time just wanting to create with a few colours , so instead I decided to use ALL the colours in this collection. Can you blame me ? I used this gorgeous love heart cut file from CUT TO YOU which you can check out HERE

So to help keep it all in check I teamed it with a cut file to help break up the colours and keep some uniformity. I LOVE how it turned out. I used the 3x4 photo card fillers which you can grab from HERE .

To then finish off the page I used some cute elements from the Die Cut Bits and Bobs pack which you can grab from HERE to help make the photo stand out a little more. Seriously those packs are the bomb!!

This collection is so versatile and I can't wait to show you what else I have created.

Till next time
Much love
