A weekend with " Today " Layout for the Cut to You design team

Heeelllooo

Welcome back to my little part of the blogging world. Today I have a layout share for you using the gorgeous Cut to You background cut file.

This one is the Star Floral Background and I had Gwen cut it out for me as I don't own a
12 x 12 cutting machine only the Portrait size. I love that Gwen offers that service so I dont have to miss out!!

So let me show you what I have created.

I used a much older Dear Lizzie "Lucky Charm" collection for this layout. I have been hoarding this for years as it is so pretty, but I really am making an effort to dig into what I have stashed away here.

I managed to get into my 6x6 paper pad and one of the larger 12x12 papers that I knew I would never use as a stand alone background. That is what I love about cut files!! I can use all the things and make a dent in my stash and it doesn't look overwhelming.

Thanks so much for stopping by today..

Till next time

I am here with you today to share what I created with the new Magical AF collection, for the Flutterby design team.  which is still available in the store. I am LOVING this collection and all the dreamy colours that Anita created with this one.

So let me show you what I have created.

I have a ton of photos here that I need to get scrapping on, so to bulldoze through them all the quickest way that I can I have decided to get back into my project life.

So the 6x4 and 3x4 Magical AF filler cards worked a treat to get this spread done quickly .

I added some bit and pieces from the die cuts bits and pieces set and I wish I had 20 of these packets as all the pieces are so darn cute!!

Well thanks so much for stopping by today!!

I hope you find some time to get crafty.

Till next time

A weekend with " Love you" layout using Kitaholics Kits.

Helloooo

Welcome back to my little part of the blogging world..

Today I have a layout share for you. I created this a couple of weekends ago for the Kitaholics weekend cyber crop.

I snavelled up one of the February kits just in time so had it to play with for the challenges.

I managed to complete this mood board challenge just in the nick of time..

So let me show you what I created..

I took inspiration from the balloon rainbow and used up the last of the scraps I had left over from the kit. I only has to add in a few pieces from my own stash to make some centres of the circles .

The circles did take a little time to make but it was therapeutic and the time passed fairly fast as I was also listening to the Dirty John podcast.

I am really loving how the layout turned out and so glad I tried out one of the Kitaholics kits as I have been on the hunt for a kit club to join. So I am looking forward to the next kit I receive.

Thanks so much for stopping by

Till next time

A weekend with " Hello Handsome" for Cut to You.

Hellloooo

Welcome back to my little part of the blogging world!!

Today I am sharing another spread with you for the Cut to You design team using their awesome Travellers Notebook cut file

I am so LOVING scrapping in this size at the moment and have for about a year now!! It is amazing how fast this little layouts come together and the creativity still is endless....

I am loving using cut files in this format still as I means that I am also using my normal scrapbooking supplies and they aren't going to waste.
Like for this spread where I teamed the
CIRCLE STAR COMBO cut file
with the awesome Cocoa Vanilla Boys Rule collection.

I was able to make a little dent in my 6 x 6 paper pad to back the cut file and all the hard work of coordinating the papers is done for me.

I am really pleased with how this spread turned out and am itching to dive into using more cut files.

If you are keen to try out cut files in your Travelers Notebook then make sure you top by the Cut to You store and check out the specific files or your TN.

You can check out the files HERE.

Well thanks so much for stopping by today.

Till next time

A weekend with " Unique" layout using Cocoa Vanillia

Hellooooo

Welcome back to my little part of the blogging world.

Today's layout share is a one where all the scrappy gods aligned. You know when you finally find that perfect collection to go with that special photo that you have been hanging onto for some time ?? Well that is what happened here! So let me show you what I created.

I was at a scrapping retreat last year and I was lucky enough to spend the weekend scrapping away with Gwen the owner of Cut to You. She brang along some of her pre-cut background cut files and I jumped at the chance to purchase some as I don't own a 12 x 12 cutting machine.

I grabbed this Squiggles back ground and I am so glad that I did. I teamed it with Cocao Vanilla Midnight collection and this layout came together super fast.

Well thanks so much for stopping by today.

Till next time

A weekend with " I love you" layout for Cut To You.

Helllooo

Welcome back to my little part o the blogging world!!

Today I have a layout share for the Cut to You design team. I was totally inspired with Valentines Day that just came and went not to long ago. So when Gwen released this gorgeous "Love Me Hearts" cut file I knew I had to use it!

I only own a Portrait cutting machine so to create this back ground I cut two of the files and then backed them with this older We R Memory keepers paper collection. I originally only wanted the hearts the left of the page , but then decided to cut the file up and spread the clusters of hearts around the page.

Then to help add a little dimension I added foam tape under the hearts.

I do love how this layout turned out and this paper collection teamed perfectly with these hearts.

I am so glad that you stopped by today.

A weekend with " Spring Floral " for Cut To You design team.

Helllooooo

I am super excited today to share with you my very first design team share for the CUT TO YOU  store. I have be really inspired to get my craft on with all the fabulous new releases created by Gwen, especially all the new Travelers Notebook cut files. I only own a Portrait size cutting machine so these new files are perfect for my crafting needs.

So let me show you what I created with this adorable Spring Floral cut file.

I was inspired by the ladies over at the " Crafty Use it or Lose it " Facebook group , and the January challenge of using up older Supplies. The lovely Jen Schow hosted numerous challenges and even though at the time I didn't participate in particular challenges, I was however inspired to pull out this Open Book collection by Maggie Holmes and put a little dent in it.

It is not my usual colour palette or even my style BUT I do not want to waste my money and craft room real estate by just letting it sit there and waste space. SO I challenged my self to use this collection and this cut file was the perfect way to dig into the 6 x 6 paper paper to start with .

I made two cuts , the main cut was for the right hand side of the page and the other I cut backed and then cut apart to just add little accents on the opposite page. This just helps with the continuity of the page.

Overall I am SOOOOOO happy how this Travelers Notebook spread turned out and LOVE the fact that I can add these fun little cut files from Cut 2 You to as they are the perfect size, and allow me to use up my super large stash of 6 x 6 paper pads.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you find some time to be crafty.

Much love

Bernii xx
