Well a little while ago I ventured to our local stationery supply store - Office works - to quickly grab some goodies for the home office..
When the new " Paper Storage" isle caught my eye..lol.. yes if you love paper like me then you I KNOW you are giggling on the inside.. I went a little giddy at the knees.. as I LOVE colour and I love storage.. combine the two and well .. I am in love..
So when I saw these new folders I instantly knew that I wanted to create a mini album as such, using the Pink Paislee - Hello Sunshine Collection that I just pulled out onto my scrap desk.
For the cover I decided to use one of the left over paper flowers that I made for THIS layout using the Couture Creations dies .
To create the actual mini - album style album , I simply sewed into the spine a 6x8 and a 6x12 Project life photo sleeve . Super easy and fast !!!
I decided I wanted to use the tabs somehow in the album, so after completing the photo pockets I sewed on the tabs to the outside of the photo sleeve..
Then from the the rest of the photos you can see how the album came together :)
Well thanks so much for stopping by today!! I loved creating this mini and I have a million ideas running through my mind of what else I can create with the other files I saw back at the office works store:)
Till next time
Much love
Bernii xx

ReplyDeleteLOVE! I totally coveted some of those folders as soon as I saw them with the idea of doing a memory file, of course I will never get round to it LOL. But I totally love this and how you incorporated the plastic sleeves - brilliant.
