Bernii Miller here again with you this month to show you a layout I created a layout with the stunning dies from the Amaryllis Die Collection teamed with the Vintage Rose Collection. In my collection pack I received the Simone Style border die and I instantly knew I wanted to create an ombre type background.
So I die cut numerous strips and then started to "ruffle" the paper, by folding the die cut all facing one way ever couple of inches.
Then to help match the Simone's style dies to the layout, I laid out all the pieces ( see first photo) and then I created a water colour background that would help to emphasise the dies.
I then used the Turbo Precision glue pen to firstly adhere the ruffles strip to the layout, and once the glue was dry I then used my sewing machine to also help adhere it better.
Once all the layers were created I then fussy cut some of the gorgeous flower clusters form the 12 x 12 Vintage Rose paper pad to help create bases for my flower clusters.
These flower clusters were created using the new Bulk White Flowers that have just been released by Couture Creations . These flowers are white and can be coloured by you to create perfectly matched flowers for any your Couture Creations projects.
To add some shimmer I added the Glitzin' Glamour in Crystalina to the petals and fussy cut pieces.
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today and I hope you have found some inspiration here with the Amaryllis Die Collection and the Vintage Rose papers.
