I have cleared my weekend and - the kids are with their father, I have hunted and gathered my supplies so I do not have to leave home and I my intention is to play along with some challenges this weekend so that I can make a little dent in the HUGE amount of supplies that I have on hand here!!
So to kick off the weekend I started with this first challenge that is over on the Hip Kit Club facebook group page.
This one is for Amelie Mordret's challenge to create some dimension on your layout . So I decided to pull out my Dear Lizzie Serendipity collection and use the dies that came with the collection to create some dimension.
I LOVE this collection. I have been hoarding onto this for a little while and have literally bought 99% of this collection and am glad I can finally use it. I think I may even try and complete a few layouts/challenges just using this collection..
I love making papers flowers and these Dear Lizzie dies are so easy to use. Especially since it has the little holes to help poke out the pieces, so nothing gets caught or ripped as you are pulling out the paper from the die.
I used the little puffy stickers from the collection to randomly add pretty flower centres.
Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my layout.. Fingers crossed I will be back with more layouts to share from today's crafty adventures.
Till next time
Much love
