A few monts ago I was asked by my scrappy friend Mandi who owns the amazing Scrapbooking store "The Scrap Cottage" if I would create something with the new Blue Fern papers - Ombre Dreams collection.
I managed to first make THIS layout and then with the rest of the papers I decided to create a back to back mini album with a few random and precious photos of myself with the children.
Now this album is not complete and I only managed to snap a few photos , but you will get the gist and feel of what I was creating :) The pages will kept simple so the focus can just stay on the photos and the little stories I will record with each page.
The Blue Fern papers are really quite weighty so they are ideal to use for mixed media goodies. So on all the pages I have used gesso, watercolours , stamping and modelling paste.

Your little album looks wonderful! The pages don't need lots of embellishment! Love the color on the background of your pages! And it feels like this month is racing away too!
